Mainly because I saw something rarely seen these days today...

Given how slowly it was going up the hill when we passed it in our asthmatic Y2K Subaru Forester...it’s all for show. But it’s still quite  a show...

I like the 2 door RAV4's, even the 2nd gen looks really good, it’s a shame Toyota stopped making them, now only Suzuki is left with the Jimny.

Being in the PNW, these do pop up now and then, but never as a cabrio.  The 4 door ones can still be nearly daily sightings.

Exactly. Even a short 1st gen RAV isn’t that rare down here (my own town sports at least four  1st gen Camry for example... one of them is a wagon) . But a near pristine cabrio?

I am not 100% sure these were sold here as a cabrio, but maybe in low volumes. But as I am in a low rust area where 4WD vehicles are popular, things pop up now and then.

There’s a first gen Camry that shows up in my workplace garage now and then, 1985 model year.
